James Burnett “JB” is a native of Picayune. He was drawn to the Gulf Coast by his military

service. During his 28 year career he was stationed in Pascagoula on two occasions for a total

of 5 years, Gulfport for two consecutive tours for a total of 7 years, and at Stennis Space center

for 3 years. He began his real estate journey in 2019. After retiring from the Navy in 2022, he

remained on the Coast and has assisted his clients in finding their homes and fulfilling their

dreams of becoming a homeowner. He is married to Lakkisha Burnett and has two children Jarren who is a student at MGCCC and Jayda who attends Long Beach Middle School.
